CVM are on the look-out for a new intern. Do you know someone who might fit the bill?
The Intern is responsible for taking their part in the day to day running of CVM whilst learning key evangelism skills in reaching men. The intern will learn how to promote and use the resources that CVM produces. The role requires close liaison with the core team, serving their needs and meeting any needs in the day to day running of the CVM office and events including regional days, talks and main events. Being part of the CVM team will also mean playing darts, shooting nerf guns, flying remote-control helicopters and learning to ride a uni-cycle.
Core hours are 4 days per week from 9am until 3pm unless agreed. Weekend and overnight working as required and by prior arrangement.
Interns are expected to work at the Hub (CVM HQ) unless agreed otherwise.
CVM will pay an allowance of £250 per month with the expectation that the intern will raise 50-100% of this through personal support (payable directly to CVM)
It would be preferable if the intern is a committed Christian. Intern must have a willingness to learn and serve, good communication skills and be a team player.
Applications are now open. Please send your CV and a covering letter to:

"Joining CVM gave me the chance to experience work and do stuff that mattered. Being an intern really awoke something in me for being an evangelist and telling people about Jesus but it also helped me grow in putting God above all and following Him. Now I'm off to the Message Academy in Manchester for the next year which will definitely develop that want to see people saved."
Joe Boston, 2015/2016 Intern
"As CVM intern you'll be at the centre of a para church ministry like no other. As intern you will see every area of the ministry, from the admin and office work to the organised chaos of front line men's ministry. You'll grow as a person learning about the process of taking not yet believing men on a journey to faith in Jesus (known as 4 levels of evangelism). Encountering stories of men who have taken that journey and are now on fire for the Lord, without doubt your own faith will be encouraged and strengthened to a new level which could drastically change the direction of your life. Take me for example, I started my internship with a place to study sport & exercise at university... I ended up doing two years with CVM and am now entering my second year of bible college with the aim of full time ministry. This internship could change your life. "

"Being a CVM intern was awesome! The team is great! I learnt a lot from them and shared a lot of laughs with them. I got loads of experience, creating devotional material, media and lots of cups of tea, attending men's days, planning the gathering and other admin roles. I grew a lot in my faith which was really helpful as I headed off to uni after finishing there."
Andy Couzens, 2012/2013 Intern
