Question: Who in their right mind would spend a May Bank Holiday attempting a 20km commando style obstacle course designed to test physical strength and mental grit?
Answer: A team from Engage 2015.
On May 3rd, a 6 strong international team, comprised of members from South Africa, Canada, Scandinavia and the UK will take on the Tough Mudder course in Henley on Thames in order to help provide awareness and much needed funds to support key initiatives of Engage 2015.
It’s not a competition or endurance test but a team challenge where camaraderie and teamwork are the key. See for yourself what lies ahead of them. Tough Mudder.
All they’re looking for in return is your support as they put themselves on the line with the aim of raising £5,000 for Engage 2015.
Prayer is also of vital importance - not just that they will survive, but that the teamwork they demonstrate will inspire all involved with Engage 2015 to face the challenges ahead mobilising the UK church to engage in outreach around Rugby World Cup 2015.
