Impact the life of a child with a shoebox…
CVM have teamed up with Operation Christmas Child (part of Samaritan’s Purse) to mobilise men and men’s groups to each turn an empty shoebox into a Christmas present full of stuff for kids!
A simple gift-filled shoebox sent through Operation Christmas Child, has the power to change the life of a child living in difficult, challenging situations and often without a father to think of them let alone give them a present at that time of year.
Operation Christmas Child are working with churches and communities to ensure that every child receiving a shoebox will have the opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus presented in a child-appropriate, culturally sensitive way, through delivery of The Greatest Journey discipleship programme.
This a great way of pulling in your unchurched mates who want to ‘give something back’ in the run up to Christmas.
